Berlin, working across the EU.
Fixed scope, fixed price.
I sell the product,
then I automate
the selling.
Most automation consultants have never carried a quota. I close B2B deals for a solar manufacturer and build the AI systems that make the next deal faster. Both sides of the same problem.
Discovery call: 45 minutes, €150, credited within 30 days.
Your catalogue is too complicated for your sales team to sell fast.
When a product has hundreds of variants, and every buyer has different site conditions, budget and technical constraints, the bottleneck is not lead generation. It is the hours between an enquiry arriving and a correct, confident quote going out.
I build the systems that close that gap, and I know what good looks like because I have sat on the sales side of it.
-
Requirement matching
Turn a messy customer enquiry into the right product configuration automatically, with the reasoning shown so your team can check it.
-
Quote and proposal automation
Generate technically correct quotes, spec sheets and proposals from your existing product data instead of rebuilding them by hand each time.
-
Pipeline and CRM workflows
Enrichment, routing, follow-up and handover steps wired together so nothing sits waiting on someone to remember it.
Case study
B2B solar
Matching solar products to B2B requirements, without a human doing the lookup.
- The situation
- A solar manufacturer with a wide, technically dense catalogue. Every B2B enquiry needed a person to interpret the requirements and find the products that actually fit.
- What I built
- A workflow automation layer that reads the incoming requirement, matches it against the product data, and returns a shortlisted configuration with the constraints it satisfied and the ones it did not.
- Why it worked
- Because I was closing these deals myself, the system encodes how the product is genuinely sold, not a flowchart drawn by someone who has never been on the call.
Sales engineers stopped being the lookup table and went back to selling.
Fixed scope, fixed price, paid up front.

-
Book the discovery call
Pay for a 45 minute slot and pick a time. Come with your current process and the part of it that hurts. You leave with a view on what is worth automating first, whether or not you hire me.
-
Agree the scope
I send a one page scope with the deliverable, the timeline and the fixed price. Nothing starts until you have it in writing and the invoice is settled.
-
I build it and hand it over
You get working software and the documentation to run it yourselves. If you want me to stay embedded after that, the retainer is there.
I run Waldow Automation Partners from Berlin, working as both the Account Executive closing solar deals and the engineer who automates the process behind them.

Send me two lines about the product you sell and where the quoting slows down. I will tell you honestly if this is a fit.
